The Breakthrough Breast Cancer is a charity committed to fighting breast cancer through research and awareness. When you first use your card, MBNA will pay £4 to Breakthrough Breast Cancer (provided it is applied for online). MBNA will pay £2 for every year you continue to use your card. In addition, every time you use your Breakthrough Breast Cancer Credit Card to make a purchase, a payment equivalent to 0.15% of the value of the purchase is made to Breakthrough Breast Cancer - as this payment is made by MBNA Europe Bank Limited, the issuer of our Credit Card, there is no extra cost to the customer.
